We are proud to ship our products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Please see the processing and delivery timelines below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate fee of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Available on orders over $50.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your item(s).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following categories of products once they have been opened or used:
- Paints: Interior Paints, Exterior Paints, Interior & Exterior Primers, Floor Paints
- Sealers & Waterproofers: Masonry Sealers & Waterproofers
- Personal Care products
- Opened containers from Pails, Buckets, & Pots or Paint Pails, Mixers & Accessories
These items can only be returned if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if they are unopened and in their original, sealed condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product. Please specify if you desire a return or an exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Timelines and Methods
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card / PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
