• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

5. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been opened or used:

• Paints: Interior Paints, Exterior Paints, Interior & Exterior Primers, Floor Paints
• Sealers & Waterproofers: Masonry Sealers & Waterproofers
• Personal Care products
• Opened containers from Pails, Buckets, & Pots or Paint Pails, Mixers & Accessories

These items may only be returned if defective, damaged upon arrival, or if unopened and in their original, sealed condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and product details
3. Specify whether you desire a return or exchange
4. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
5. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging and mail to the provided address

Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
